1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Logic Loft Games LLC (“Logic Loft Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They cover the website logicloftgames.com, the games you can play on it, our mobile apps (including Pairdle, Pairdle Slide, Pairdle Hunt, and Word Slots Adventures), and the articles, guides, and tools we publish. Together we call these the “Services.”

By visiting the site, installing an app, or playing a game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, and it forms part of this agreement.

2. Who Can Use the Services

Our games are made for a general audience, but the Services are not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not create an account or send us personal information. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s own terms. Where a store’s terms and these Terms conflict about the store’s own services (payments, refunds, downloads), the store’s terms apply.

3. Accounts and Guest Play

Most of our games can be played without signing in. Some games create an anonymous guest profile so that your progress, streaks, or coins can be saved; you can later link that profile to an Apple or Google account, or to an email address, to keep your progress across devices.

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• Information you give us when creating an account must be accurate.
• Guest progress is stored against the device or browser you played on. If you clear your browser data, uninstall an app, or lose a device before linking an account, that progress may not be recoverable.
• You can delete your account at any time from the in-game Settings drawer or by contacting us. Deletion is described in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

4. Fair Play and Acceptable Use

Leaderboards, streaks, and badges only mean something if everyone plays by the same rules. When you use the Services, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, modified clients, or other automation to play, submit scores, or earn rewards.
• Tamper with scores, streaks, coins, or saved progress, or exploit a bug instead of reporting it.
• Choose a display name, avatar, or other content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonates another person, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Probe, scan, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other players’ accounts, or our service providers.
• Scrape or bulk-download the Services, including puzzle data, word lists, articles, or artwork, except as allowed by our robots.txt file for search indexing.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute our games or content, or use them to build a competing product.
• Use the Services in any way that breaks the law.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset progress gained by cheating, rename or remove offending content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. Virtual Items, Purchases, and Ads

5.1 Virtual Coins and Collectibles

Some games include virtual items such as coins, cards, hints, streak freezes, and badges. These have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services, and cannot be sold or transferred between players. You receive a limited license to use them inside the game; you do not own them. Word Slots Adventures is a word game with a slot-machine theme. It involves no real-money gambling, and nothing won in it can be cashed out.

We tune our games over time. Prices, rewards, and balances of virtual items may change, and items may be added, changed, or retired.

5.2 In-App Purchases

Where a game offers in-app purchases, payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. We never receive your card or banking details. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store’s refund policy and any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, which these Terms do not limit.

5.3 Advertising

Some of the Services are supported by advertising. In our mobile apps this includes rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit. Our website may display ads alongside articles and guides. Ads are supplied by third parties such as Google; we do not control their content and do not endorse the products they advertise. Your choices about ad personalization are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Our Content and Intellectual Property

The Services, including the games, puzzles, word lists, software, artwork, characters, story text, music, articles, and the Logic Loft Games, Pairdle, and Epic Words names and logos, belong to Logic Loft Games LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own entertainment and non-commercial use.

You are welcome to share your results, post screenshots or gameplay video, and quote short passages of our articles with a link back to the original page. Members of the press can find logos and approved imagery in our Press Kit.

7. Content You Submit

You keep ownership of anything you submit, such as a display name, a puzzle you create, a bug report, or a message to our support team. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Services (for example, showing your display name on a leaderboard). If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Articles, Guides, and Tools

Our blog, game guides, and word tools are published for general information and entertainment. We work to keep them accurate, and we correct errors when we find them or when readers point them out, but we cannot promise that every rule summary, word list, or strategy tip is complete or current. Official rules for any third-party game are set by that game’s publisher, and tournament word lists change over time. If you spot a mistake, please tell us through the Contact page.

We write about and review games made by other companies. Names such as Wordle, Scrabble, Boggle, and others mentioned in our articles are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the games being discussed. Logic Loft Games is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies unless an article says so.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services link to websites and rely on services we do not operate, including app stores, sign-in providers, and advertisers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Copyright Complaints

If you believe something on the Services infringes your copyright, email support@logicloftgames.com with a description of the work, the URL where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them. We review every notice and will remove or correct material where appropriate.

11. Changes and Availability

We are a small studio and our games change often. We may add, change, pause, or retire a game, a feature, or a piece of content at any time, and the Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance or circumstances outside our control. Daily puzzles, streaks, and events depend on the date and time on your device and on our servers, and we are not responsible for a streak or reward lost to an outage, a device clock change, or a missed day.

12. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue a Service. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including Sections 6, 7, 13, 14, and 15) will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Logic Loft Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved progress will never be lost.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Logic Loft Games LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

Some countries and states do not allow certain disclaimers or limits on liability, so parts of Sections 13 and 14 may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Logic Loft Games LLC is a United States company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Logic Loft Games LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us first; most problems can be resolved quickly by email.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we launch a new game or feature. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let players know. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
