Before you write
If you're reporting a bug, a little detail goes a long way: the game you were playing, the device and browser (or app version), and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. If you can describe the exact puzzle — today's date for a daily puzzle, or the week for a Slide board — we can usually reproduce the problem within a day. Screenshots are welcome; just mention that you have one and we'll reply so you can attach it.
What happens after you send a message
Your message lands directly with the small team that builds our games — there's no ticketing system or outsourced support desk on the other end. We read everything, and replies come from a real address you can answer, so the conversation can continue like normal email. Most messages get a response within one to two business days; bug reports that affect a live daily puzzle usually get looked at the same day.
