Account & Data Deletion
What Data We Store
When you use Pairdle, we store the following data associated with your account:
- Game progress: Your completed puzzles, current streaks, and level progress.
- Scores and statistics: Your game scores, win rates, and performance history.
- Anonymous account information: A unique account identifier, created automatically, that we use to save your progress to our servers. Sign in with Google or Apple to carry that progress to another device — a guest identifier belongs to one device only. No personal information such as name or email is required to play.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the app by following these steps:
- Open Pairdle — Launch the Pairdle app on your device.
- Go to Settings — Tap the settings icon to open the Settings menu.
- Tap “Delete Account” — Scroll down and tap the “Delete Account” option.
- Confirm deletion — Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Please note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your game progress, scores, and statistics. This action cannot be reversed.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us via email:

Please include the game name (Pairdle) and any details that can help us identify your account (e.g., the device you played on or your approximate registration date). We will process your request within 30 days.
